You can ask us to delete your ShareTrack account, which is also your ShareTrack Water
sign-in, and the personal data that goes with it. There is no need to delete anything to stop
using the app: uninstalling ShareTrack Water removes your saved favorites, the saved schedule and
your company code from your phone.
How to Ask
- Email privacy@sharetrack.org
from the email address you sign in with. If you use the app without an account, tell us your
company and roughly when you sent any water problem reports.
- Say whether you want your whole account deleted or only certain data, such as your name on
problem reports.
- We confirm the request with you by email and finish it within 30 days.
What We Delete
- Your sign-in account: Your email address, name and password.
- Push notifications: Your phone's notification registration and your alert
choices. Signing out of the app removes these right away.
- Water problem reports: The name you gave on reports you sent, on request.
What Is Kept
- Your ditch company's records: Shareholder records, certificates, irrigation
turns, invoices and water status history belong to the company that keeps them, not to your
sign-in account. They stay with that company. To change or remove them, contact the company,
or ask us and we will pass your request on.
- Activity history: The company's record of changes can keep your name as the
person who made a change, such as marking the water in or out.
- Error reports: Deleted after about 90 days.
- Backups: Backup copies made before your request can still hold your data until
they expire. Off-site copies are deleted after one year.
- Legal requirements: Data we must keep by law, for as long as the law
requires.
See our Privacy Policy for everything we collect and how long we keep it.
